As an artist you touch others. Through your work you connect – you move people at a deeper level, their hearts and minds, you infect them with your passion. Is it love, pain, loneliness, tenderness, joy, awe? No one is immune. Appreciate how much power you have as an artist!
Yet, it is only when you are uniquely ‘you’, not trying to look or sound like anyone else, follow any crowd, or the latest fashion…
When you are fully expressing your inside, you elevate everyone’s true humanity.

I like to think of it this way when I ‘disappear’ in my piano, when I get completely immersed and ‘lost’, which is when I really ‘find’ myself. And it is how I can then share my inspiration and aliveness with others.
